Ensuring Development and Achievement

Pictured opposite are delegates who attended the Educational Development Association (EDA) conference, which ran in late July.

The mission of the Educational Development Association is to introduce teachers to the best modern thinking in classroom methods, educational management and classroom support. In addition, the organisation aims to share good practice via a medium of educational activity between members, other similar bodies and the general public, the Promotion of Educational Development in schools, and through Professional Development courses.

This year saw our great friends Olwyn Lynes and Tony Wainwright step down as organisers of the event and, whilst we are very sorry to day goodbye, we look forward to working with Christine Pfaff and Simon Camby who step into their shoes.
